Elite Services was founded by Matthew Canterbury in 1992. A consummate hospitality professional, Canterbury wanted to offer the same high-quality concierge services he provided to private clients to residents of condominium and apartment complexes. Elite Services has since become a leading provider of on-site concierge services in the Boston area.

Canterbury continues to maintain a personalized, hands-on approach, ensuring that Elite Services provides high-quality concierge service at every location we serve.
